Isabelle Reilo Riis (b. 1990, Norway) is a visual artist working internationally. With over 15 years of exhibition experience, her background includes founding and curating her own galleries in Lofoten and Oslo, and her work is held in private collections both nationally and abroad.

She works with painting as a form of emotional and intuitive expression.

Her practice is rooted in a deep connection to the inner life, where themes of transformation, presence, and self-discovery naturally unfold. Moving between the subtle and the expressive - layered with both transparency and intensity - her paintings reflect a continuous exploration of what can emerge, discovering something not yet seen or felt.

Guided by intuition, she creates from a deeply personal space, making each piece a conversation between the mind, the body, and the soul, as well as the visible and the unseen. Her process is driven by an ongoing curiosity - a willingness to move beyond what is already known and to open new inner landscapes through both instinct and intention.
